Deviled Eggs

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

  • Place eggs in a saucepan covered by 2 inches of water.
  • Heat on high until water boils, then cover, and turn heat to low for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and leave covered for 14 minutes, then rinse under cold water.
  • Peel and halve the eggs.
  • Move egg yolks to bowl and combine with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Dispense yolk mixture into egg halves and sprinkle with paprika.
