Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Wash brussels sprouts.
  • Trim the bottom of the Brussels sprouts.
  • Wash brussels sprouts.
  • Pat brussels sprouts dry with a paper towel and then mix them with olive oil, italian seasoning, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
