Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wash brussels sprouts.
- Trim the bottom of the Brussels sprouts.
- Wash brussels sprouts.
- Pat brussels sprouts dry with a paper towel and then mix them with olive oil, italian seasoning, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
