Instant Pot Chili

Ingredients
- 2 tsps olive oil
- 2 lbs 90% lean ground beef
- 1 yellow onion (finely diced)
- 1 1/2 tsps garlic (minced)
- 1 can 28oz diced tomatoes (not drained)
- 3 cans 8oz tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsps chili powder
- 2 tsps ground cumin
- 2 tsps smoked paprika
- 2 tbsps cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- kosher salt
- pepper
- 1 can 15oz kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can 15oz pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
Directions
- Heat the Instant Pot with the saute function.
- Add the olive oil and the meat, and cook until browned, breaking up the beef as you stir.
- Add the onion and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pot.
- Turn on the Chili/Beans setting on the Instant Pot and cook for 20 minutes. Release the pressure manually.
- Serve with desired toppings.
