Ingredients
- 1 jar tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 lb ground beef
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix bread crumbs and red wine in a large mixing bowl.
- Add onion, garlic, pepper, salt, parsley, and ground beef.
- Mix thoroughly, then form 10 equally sized balls and lay out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake meatballs in oven for 10 minutes.
- While meatballs bake, pour tomato sauce into a large saucepan and heat on medium .
- After 10 minutes, remove meatballs from oven and carefully transfer to saucepan with tomato sauce.
- Cover meatballs in tomato sauce and let cook for 10 minutes, occasionally gently stirring.
