  • 1 jar tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix bread crumbs and red wine in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add onion, garlic, pepper, salt, parsley, and ground beef.
  • Mix thoroughly, then form 10 equally sized balls and lay out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake meatballs in oven for 10 minutes.
  • While meatballs bake, pour tomato sauce into a large saucepan and heat on medium .
  • After 10 minutes, remove meatballs from oven and carefully transfer to saucepan with tomato sauce.
  • Cover meatballs in tomato sauce and let cook for 10 minutes, occasionally gently stirring.
