Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 1 lb 90% lean ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup yellow onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Topping
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients. Mix together very well.
- Add meatloaf mixture to a loaf pan, and spread into an even layer.
- In a small bowl, stir together Topping ingredients.
- Pour the Topping on top of the meatloaf and spread evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 55 minutes (to an internal temperature of 160 degrees).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 mintues.
