Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, combine milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until well combined.
- Let batter sit for about 10 minutes.
- Heat non-stick frying pan or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour desired amount of batter onto frying pan, and cook until small bubbles appear in the batter, about 90 seconds.
- Flip and cook for another 60 seconds.
