  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • In another bowl, combine milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until well combined.
  • Let batter sit for about 10 minutes.
  • Heat non-stick frying pan or griddle over medium heat.
  • Pour desired amount of batter onto frying pan, and cook until small bubbles appear in the batter, about 90 seconds.
  • Flip and cook for another 60 seconds.
