- 12 ounces broccoli florets
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place broccoli florets on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil evenly across the florets. The more oil, the crunchier the broccoli!
- Spinkle salt and pepper evenly across the florets.
- Bake the broccoli for 25-35 minutes, stirring midway through. The longer you cook them, the crunchier they’ll be!
