Roasted Maple Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wash brussels sprouts.
- Chop brussels sprouts (halve or quarter) into approximately half-inch sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped brussels sprouts, maple syrup, olive oil, pepper, and salt.
- Transfer mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake brussels sprouts in oven until golden brown. Approximately 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
