Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 jar masala simmer sauce
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup green lentils
  • 1/2 purple onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 knob of ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • Add chicken to bottom of slow cooker.
  • Add in all other ingredients and stir.
  • Cook in crockpot on low for 6-7 hours, or high for 4 hours.
  • When 15 minutes remain, shred the chicken and stir.
