Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 jar masala simmer sauce
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1/2 cup green lentils
- 1/2 purple onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 knob of ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- Add chicken to bottom of slow cooker.
- Add in all other ingredients and stir.
- Cook in crockpot on low for 6-7 hours, or high for 4 hours.
- When 15 minutes remain, shred the chicken and stir.
